The following Terms and Conditions of Use govern your use of IQD BUY website and services. Your relationship with IQDBUY:-

Your use of IQDBUY’s services, software, website, or telephone services (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and IQDBUY. As used herein, “IQDBUY” means an Establish Currency Exchange dealer in Amman, Jordan, Daheyat Al Amir Ali, Airport Highway +962799186000.

Your agreement with IQDBUY includes the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Universal Terms”), as well as other terms that may be set out in notices in connection with your use of specific Services offered by IQDBUY (“Additional Terms”). Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service. The Universal Terms and/or the Additional Terms are sometimes referred to herein simply as the “Terms.”

If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.

Accepting the Terms

In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You can do so by: (a) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by IQDBUY in the user interface for any Service; or (b) by actually using the Services, in which case – IQDBUY will treat your use of its Services as acceptance of the Terms.

You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Purchase and Sale of Currency

Any order placed by you through the Services for the purchase or sale of Currency is subject to acceptance or rejection by IQDBUY, in whole or in part, and any order may be canceled by us at any time prior to the receipt of payment in full. Unless you receive a separate, written notification from IQDBUY, the acceptance by IQDBUY of a purchase order for Currency shall be evidenced solely by the actual delivery of Currency to you. At any time prior to shipment of your order, IQDBUY may change the purchase price for such Currency, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.

IQDBUY does not offer a buy-back policy but may help you sell your currency at the currency rate to other customers of IQDBUY.

You understand and agree that IQDBUY provides no advice regarding Currency as an investment and makes no representations or warranties as to the historic, present, or future value, prevailing prices for the purchase or sale of Currency through third parties, the liquidity or volatility of currency as an investment, or the risks inherent in any such investment. IQDBUY similarly makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or appropriateness of any information it may provide regarding prevailing prices or changes in prevailing prices for Currency (including information that appears on the IQDBUY website or in alerts regarding changes in prevailing prices that you may receive from IQDBUY). In no event shall IQDBUY incur any liability by virtue of losses resulting from purchases or sales of Currency by you.

Privacy Policy; Compliance with Legal Requirements

You acknowledge that you have reviewed IQDBUY’s Privacy Policy, as in effect from time to time, the provisions of which are expressly incorporated in the Terms by reference.

You specifically authorize IQDBUY to submit your name and other personal information to state, federal, and international authorities (such as Interpol, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and others) as necessary or advisable, in IQDBUY’s opinion, in order to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and any other laws or regulations.

You further understand and agree that IQDBUY may contact you to confirm that information you have provided is accurate or to request additional information from you, and that IQDBUY may take other steps to assist in the verification of the information you have provided.

Termination of Use of Services

You acknowledge and agree that IQDBUY may stop providing any Service (or any features within any Services) to you at IQDBUY’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Likewise, you may stop using the Services at any time.

Use of the Services by You

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for such a service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to IQDBUY will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

You agree to use the Services only for purposes that (a) are permitted by the Terms and (b) are not prohibited by any applicable law.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by IQDBUY.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks that are connected to such Services).

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with IQDBUY, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Services for any purpose.

Your Passwords and Account Security

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with any account you use to access any Service.

Accordingly, you agree that you shall be responsible to IQDBUY for all activities that occur under your account or user identity.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user identity or your account, you agree to notify IQDBUY immediately.

Changes to the Terms

IQDBUY may make changes to the Universal Terms or Additional Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, IQDBUY will make a copy of the Terms, so revised, available at its website.

You understand and agree that if you use any of the Services after the date on which the Universal Terms or Additional Terms have changed, your use shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the updated Universal Terms or Additional Terms.

Miscellaneous

The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and IQDBUY and govern your use of the Services, completely replacing any prior agreements between you and IQDBUY in relation to such services.

You agree that IQDBUY may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on IQDBUY’s website.

You agree that, if IQDBUY does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy that the Terms provide for (or that IQDBUY has the benefit of under any applicable law), such inaction shall not constitute a waiver of any of IQDBUY’s rights.

If any court of law, having jurisdiction to decide on such matters, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

The Terms, and your relationship with IQDBUY under the Terms, shall be governed by the applicable laws, without regard to any principles of conflicts of laws that might otherwise direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
